ARCHITECTS
We are looking for experienced Technical/ Solution Architects who have significant experience in providing architecture solutions, worked on multiple projects across different technologies and domains.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Architecture skills
Evaluation of new technologies and determine technical feasibility, Proof of concept for upcoming technologies and emerging domain specific technologies
Knowledge of Frameworks like TOGAF
Facilitate design of software modules conforming to the functional/ integration/ performance/ user experience requirements
Strong Technology experience in various technology stacks
Possess a high degree of experience and skill working across all functions. Other responsibilities include mentoring team members and evaluation of new technologies. Engineering
Internal technical overviews, Requirement analysis and sign-off, Design sign-off
Provide technical leadership to the team
Provide input for operational aspects. Root Cause Analysis & resolution of production issues and customer reported issues. Effort estimates (Level of effort, rough order of magnitude etc.)
Process
Adhere to the defined process to ensure timely high quality deliverables
Produce technical artifacts and documentation; Review artifacts & documents created by team members
Furnish individual & project/release status reports
Timely escalations, follow-ups and responses
Cross functional
Work closely with other functional areas to ensure that project schedules are met with a high level of quality.
Knowledge sharing sessions to team members & other cross functional teams
Coordination with customer support / operations in supporting the resolution of customer issues

*Sr Technical Architect will have the following added responsibilities:
Design solution architecture that meets functional, performance and user experience requirements and signoff.
External technical overviews and determine technical feasibility
Provide input for business case development, market analysis.
Innovative ideas; product enhancement suggestions
Provide inputs for driving technical roadmap for the product
Explore and utilize/apply new technologies to solve complex issues
Drive and Popularize generic Architecture and Design frameworks across other project teams
Drive and Popularize reusable components.
CONSULTANTS
Strong Consulting Experience
Conduct client interviews, participate in workshops/ trainings and present recommendations Good client presence interact and build relationships with clients and other team members
Strong Analytical Experience
Ability to perform detailed, quantitative analysis and research. Synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data.
Strong Management Experience

Professional with expert knowledge of database schemas, data modeling, visualization and ETL.
Expert knowledge in Hadoop, Hive, PIG, Java, MSBI, SSAS, Azure, UNIX, Vertica, Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, Cognos BI 8/10.x, Cognos TM1 8/10.x, SAP BO, Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI
Experience in leading teams, working independently with the business at an enterprise level

ANALYSTS
Strong Technical Experience
We are seeking a strong Technical / System Analyst who can lead and drive outcomes. Ideal candidate will need to have strong Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence background with experience of atleast one DW (Informatics, DataStage) and BI tools (Cognos, SAP BO, QlikView, Tableau) . You will work closely with Project Manager, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Developers, the Systems Analyst’s role will involve:
Strong Analytical Experience
Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
Strong Analysis Skills
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and workflow analysis with technical and business SMEs. Performs analysis of existing systems and business models, conducting systems analysis and documenting detailed technical requirements for modified or replacement systems, mapping and documenting interfaces between existing and new systems
Translating business requirements into highly specified detailed technical requirements, including implementation tasks, system integrations, infrastructure requirements, data migration requirements where required.
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements, User Stories, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs)
Work with Product Management and Architects to understand the features including UI design, API interfaces, and task detail. Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies
Work independently with delivery team to define concepts and under the direction of project managers
Ensures existing design specifications and functional specifications are kept up to date as new requirements are introduced and implemented.
Good at planning and working flexibly to deadlines, supporting users on change control and system updates, effective written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Good understanding of software development lifecycle including keeping up to date with technical and industry developments
MUST have experience in old and new technologies, and range of technology stacks
Experience with banking, finance, and insurance experience will be highly regarded.
